On November 3,2022, the National Multicenter Hepatitis D Virus Infected Persons Registration Project (CDiS) held the kick-off meeting of the sub-center of Taiyuan Third People's Hospital in online form.
More than 20 people attended the meeting, including Feng Yinong, director of Hepatology Department of Taiyuan Third People's Hospital, Li Wenhua, director of Wang Qianhui, director of Medical Department, Zhang Lichun, director of Science and Education Department, Wang Yuehua, director of Laboratory Department, Chen Aiying and his research team.
Director Feng Yinong explained the project background in detail from the perspective of hepatitis D epidemiology, disease characteristics and clinical treatment. She said that CDiS is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis D patients in China in the future. Taiyuan Third People's Hospital is honored to join the CDiS project, and the hospital will work together to promote the smooth progress of the project. Dr. Shi Shaoyuan shared the epidemic status of hepatitis D. Dr. Zhou Li explained the research plan of CDiS project from the aspects of research design, research purpose, research process, etc. Dr. Wang Xuanxuan shared the project data standardization platform. During the discussion, Niu Caiqin, Hua Yongli, Wang Zehong, Wang Yongxiang and other relevant experts, doctors and colleagues had a warm and in-depth discussion on the project practice, process and division of labor.
